The 2-minute match
Easy questions. Both conditions on the form from line one.
No forms full of blanks — just tap what's true, and nobody here will tell you to come back when the other problem is fixed. At the end, tell us where to reach you and a navigator confirms the fit and makes the introduction.
Free & confidential. No obligation. Your information will not be shared beyond the introduction you approve.
In crisis right now? Skip all of this: call or text 988, any hour — one number for the whole person. In danger, call 911.

What you get at the end of this
A navigator — a person, not software — reads this within one business day and comes back with up to three integrated (concurrent-disorders) options that fit — medication respected, each one labelled by how it's paid for. The introduction happens once, to the team you pick, and only after you say so. When the free public system is the better answer, that is the answer you get. Nothing is ever billed to you.
Where you stay in control
Every introduction waits for your yes. A single reply of STOP closes the file for good. Your details reach only the licensed providers you approved — never data brokers or advertisers — and are deleted when no longer needed. Should nothing genuinely suit you, we'll tell you plainly and point to the public route. And in an emergency we step aside: 988, any hour.
Why these questions?
Both sides, so nobody makes you pick one
Most intake forms ask about one condition and route you to half a fit. Naming the substance side and the mental-health side here — in whatever words you have, diagnosis or not — is what lets us match a program that treats both together, from day one.
The medication question is never a strike against you
Telling us you're on psychiatric medication — or that it drifts — only does one thing: it restricts your match to programs where your prescription continues through treatment, in writing. "I'd rather not say" is a complete answer and changes nothing about your request.
What happens after you send it
A navigator reads your answers, confirms current availability with the strongest fit, and introduces you — with the consent you gave, to at most three licensed providers, who fund this service through flat marketing fees. Both conditions go on the referral, so nobody starts the call by asking you to choose. You never pay us, and nothing moves without your say-so.
Not ready to talk to anyone yet?
That's normal. Take the private 2-minute self-check or read the first-72-hours guide — both are free, and neither asks for your name.
